Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic Engineering Manager to lead our team in developing cutting-edge retail display cases. This role involves managing engineering projects from concept through to completion, ensuring that our products are both visually appealing and functional, enhancing the shopping experience for consumers.
ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the engineering team in the development of retail display cases.Oversee the design, development, and implementation of engineering projects.Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Coordinate with cross-functional teams including design, manufacturing, and marketing to ensure project alignment.Utilize CAD software and other engineering tools to create and refine product designs.Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the engineering department.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and advancements in engineering and manufacturing processes.Essential SkillsBachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related field). A Master’s degree is a plus.Minimum of 5 years of experience in engineering management, preferably in the retail or display case industry.Strong leadership and project management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Deep understanding of engineering principles and manufacturing processes.Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering tools.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.Additional Skills & QualificationsMaster’s degree in Engineering or related field is a plus.Work Environment
The work environment includes a blend of office and manufacturing settings. The role may require occasional travel to manufacturing facilities or client sites. Standard business hours apply, with some flexibility required based on project needs.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $100000.00
