Responsibilities
Collaborate with the leadership team to establish strategic plans and objectives.Collaborate with the leadership team to design and lead the implementation of functional objectives to meet company goals.Coach, guide and enable team members to work together in a highly collaborative way.Participate in the development of methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for projects, programs and people.Make final decisions on technical, administrative, and operational matters, ensuring the effective achievement of objectives.#LI-DM1
QualificationsPeople Management Experience, managing diverse teams6-8 years of relevant experience and 2+ years as a team lead (but not necessarily with direct reports); orB.S (CS, CSE, or equivalent) and 4-6 years’ experience and 2+ years as a team lead (but not necessarily with direct reports); orM.S/Ph.D. (CS, CSE, or equivalent) and 2-4 years’ experience and 2+ years as a team lead ( but not necessarily with direct reports).Hands-on experience in technical role(s) within a software engineering organization, particularly development roles in Enterprise on-premises softwareGood understanding of, and experience with agile methodologiesDesire and experience to foster innovation through all levels of the organizationA keen aptitude for making our customers successful by delivering secure, high-quality, performant softwareExperience interacting with Director level management and customer stakeholders both internally and externallyAdditional InformationWe are proud to foster a diverse and inclusive workplace, where every individual's unique background, perspective, and contribution is celebrated.
