About the role:

This team is working on one of the premier apps on the Salesforce AppExchange. You’ll work with the latest Salesforce features and capabilities, shaping solutions that drive business efficiency and streamline document automation for hundreds of thousands of users. 

As an Engineering Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving technical excellence, team growth, and project success. You will lead a team of engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and high performance while ensuring the successful delivery of scalable and impactful solutions.

What You’ll Do: Lead & Mentor – Guide, support, and develop a team of engineers, helping them grow in their careers while maintaining high performance. Drive Technical Excellence – Set best practices for coding, architecture, and system design to ensure scalable and maintainable solutions. Strategic Execution – Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to define technical roadmaps and deliver high-quality software. Foster Collaboration – Create an inclusive, high-trust environment where engineers feel empowered to share ideas, solve problems, and innovate. Optimize Processes – Continuously improve development workflows, DevOps practices, and team efficiency to deliver faster and more reliably. Ensure Quality & Performance – Oversee code reviews, testing strategies, and deployment processes to maintain a high standard of engineering output. What You’ll Bring: Technical Expertise – Strong background in software development, with experience in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce architecture preferred. Leadership Experience – Proven ability to manage, mentor, and grow engineering teams in a fast-paced environment. Project Management Skills – Experience overseeing the full software development lifecycle, from planning to deployment. Problem-Solving Mindset – Ability to break down complex challenges and drive technical solutions that align with business goals. Communication & Collaboration – Strong ability to engage with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, translating technical decisions into business impact. Why Join Us?
