As a Design Engineering Sr Manager here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for leading and managing the design engineering team in multiple business units, including Industrial Automation, Building Automation, and Aerospace Electronics Systems. With your strong background in electronics design and expertise in passive and active electronics components, electronics circuits, PCB design, Design for Manufacturing, and PCB assemblies, you will drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team performance and efficiency. YOU MUST HAVE
• Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering or related field
• Strong background in electronics design and team management.
• Understanding of passive and active electronics components
• Proficiency in electronics circuits and PCB design
• Knowledge of Design for Manufacturing principles
• Experience with PCB assemblies
