Gilbane is seeking an Engineering Manager to assist the Project Manager in performing, directing, and managing all engineering functions. This person will be the head of all engineers on a six year $4B healthcare project.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management8+ years of experience with a construction management or general contractor organization including management or lead engineering role for large construction project (>$100M)Healthcare, life sciences, data center, or other complex project experience strongly preferredOr equivalent combination of education and experienceKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
Strong verbal presentation and written skillsAbility to work in a team environmentProficient in Microsoft Office programsFinancial management familiarityOSHA 30-hour certifiedThorough MEP knowledgeComplete understanding of contract document & specificationsProficient in ProcoreLEED Certification (preferred)Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
For Minnesota, this ranges from $110,000 - $145,000 plus benefits and retirement program.
