Explore our hydropower capabilities: **Key Responsibilities** + Demonstrate proactive, self-leading of a multi-disciplinary team tasked with the production of significant, high-quality deliverables for diverse and challenging projects + Demonstrate follow up tenacity with cross-functional contributors and ability to cope with change, make decisions and display project leadership + Manage project execution of engineering design and specification development, material and equipment procurement, permitting, and construction for various hydropower projects. The assignments are varied and will include leading projects from initiation through closeout. + Manage budgeting, scheduling, and correspondence with Clients and project management in support of various projects + Demonstrate the ability to manage disagreements or conflicts in a positive, non-abrasive manner and comfort interacting with individuals at all levels + Display the ability to handle uncertainty and act without having complete information in the interest of the project and client + Apply understanding of project management and design best practices, terminology, and KPIs to drive better business decisions **Preferred Qualifications** + Experience managing Engineering, Procurement, Construction (EPC) or design services projects + Experience in design of power facilities with a strong understanding of overall project lifecycle, electrical designs, civil/structural designs, and technical knowledge of major equipment + Good communication skills and interest in engaging with Clients to grow relationships + Advanced knowledge of engineering design principles and applicable design guides and standards + Working knowledge of procurement process and contract administration + Working knowledge of the proposal process and developing engineering estimates + P.E.
