As an Engineering Manager Sensors here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in leading and managing a team of engineers to develop and deliver high-performance navigation and sensor products for commercial, defense, industrial, and space applications. You will be responsible for providing technical expertise, guidance, and support to ensure the successful execution of engineering projects and the delivery of innovative solutions. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and contribute to the development of cutting-edge technologies.

You will report directly to our Director of Engineering, Healthcare LOB and you'll work out of our Richardson location on a “on site” work schedule.

In this role, you will have a significant impact on the success of our engineering operations. You will be responsible for managing a team of engineers, driving project execution, and ensuring adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements. Your leadership and technical expertise will be instrumental in driving innovation, enhancing efficiency, and delivering world-class products. YOU MUST HAVE\n\nBachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics\nMinimum 10 years of experience in engineering roles, with a focus on sensors or related technologies\nStrong leadership and team management skills\nExcellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities\nEffective communication and interpersonal skills\n\nWE VALUE\n\nAdvanced degree in Engineering or related field\nExperience with sensors, fab and packaging technologies\nUnderstanding of in Healthcare and Industrial sensor applications\nProven track record of successfully leading engineering projects and teams\nPassion for innovation and continuous learning\nExperience with quality management systems and processes\n\nABOUT HONEYWELL\n
