We currently have an exciting contract opportunity with one of our leading clients! **Title:** Engineering Manufacturing Support **Location:** Waukesha, WI **Duration:** 12 months **Pay:** $24.00/hour **Type:** W2 contract **_(NO C2C OR THIRD PARTY)_** **Overview** + As Photon Counting CT (PCCT) Pre-Production Engineering Manufacturing Support at our Waukesha site, you will perform diverse and complex assignments in support of GEHC product manufacturing for the new detector engineering program. + This role will support manufacturing of the CT detector and subcomponents for the PCCT engineering program by operating precise production equipment. + Successful candidates will have a safety-oriented mindset and able to meet delivery goals in a complex and dynamic environment. + This role will interface with process owners to receive direction and to provide feedback on the existing processes. + Additional assignments may include execution and documentation of experiments designed by the engineering team. **Responsibilities** + Equipment set up for production in accordance to specified settings. + Operation of developmental process including accurate digital records of the work performed as required for company’s quality policy + Proactively identify hazards and assist in resolution of safety concerns + Suggest improvements to current processes and work instructions + Assist the execution of previously designed experiments + Collaborate with engineering personnel for process development and improvement + Address and/or escalate abnormalities with equipment quality and production flow + Visually inspect components and manipulate features under a microscope to resolve discrepancies + From detailed instructions, set up equipment for material recovery (rework) when applicable + Comply with daily safety, quality, and delivery goals + Assist with ensuring equipment readiness when equipment is in idle state + Maintain workstation in an orderly state following the 5S protocol while meeting all requirements of a cleanroom environment **Required Qualifications** + High school diploma. Associates degree highly preferred + Minimum of 2 years technical manufacturing experience + Ability to logically troubleshoot at subsystem and system level, using identifiable problem-solving techniques + Proficiency to understand and interpret basic written technical information + Fine motor skills and high levels of visual acuity + Proficient in MS Office Suite applications + Experience in a precision manufacturing environment preferred **Additional Information** + First shift / 7:00am – 3:30pm / Occasional OT may be required + Applicants must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
