Engineering Operations Manager Job ID 181513 Posted 27-Aug-2024 Service line GWS Segment Role type Full-time Areas of Interest Building Management, Engineering/Maintenance, Facilities Management Location(s) Dublin - Dublin - Ireland, Limerick - Limerick - Ireland **JOB PURPOSE** + Support the Ops Director on day-to-day management of EMEA contract. + Day to day support with multiple client base across EMEA. + Provide positive team leadership to promote “one team” principles. + Subject matter expert for the Customer Service & Quality strategy and service delivery for the account **Key Accountabilities** + Responsible for the financial management as directed by Ops Director + Responsible for identifying and delivering opportunities to drive up revenue through assignment and project works. + Responsible for ensuring the Facilities teams and suppliers understand and deliver FM services to contracted service levels for the EMEA sites. + Overall responsibility for ensuring the facilities team and suppliers is adhering to the QSHE standards and process when delivering services to the sites. + Management of suppliers utilizing key performance indicators and supplier performance management + Responsible for ensuring Critical Environment process are adhere with documentation kept up to date and accurate such as call out, escalation procedures, crisis management and BCP + Overall responsibility for the FMP system for the operations delivery ensuring use on a day-to-day basis, review regular outputs with the facilities team and the site data remains up to date and accurate. + Maintain regular contact with the Operation Director; advise on site issues, incidents, escalation, and complaints. + Act as liaison for the any major projects for the sites to ensure a joined-up approach from projects and facilities. + Responsible for team development through appraisal process, succession planning, training, and development plans by supporting the Operations Director **Personal Experience/Qualifications/Skills** + 5 year experience managing customer focus environments or a degree equivalent qualification + Management experience within the facilities management sector + Commercial and Finance awareness + People management skills and the ability to communicate at all levels. + Excellent customer service and relationship building skills. + Flexible and adaptable + Creative thinker to develop new ideas and solutions to client issues.
