Summary\r

Supervises the activities of engineering/laboratory technologists and/or highly skilled production and inspection employees engaged in various phases of conducting and evaluating environmental or nondestructive tests, calibrating and maintaining environmental and nondestructive testing equipment, and/or conducting precision measurement utilizing coordinate measuring machines, and in calibrating and maintaining environmental and nondestructive testing equipment. May supervise employees in one or more fabrication or material production functions, such as the Polymer Production Facility (PPF), or Precision Measurement and/or X-Ray.
