The Engineering & Product Development Intern will be responsible for Processing SNHR Purchase orders, Completing Tech Review and Scheduling delivery dates to the Customers. Support the Mold-Masters Spare Part Business by configuring Order BOM and completing technical review of components and revising drawings to current standards if required. When required intern will assist with creation of reports / presentations to support the business units.
This is a 16-month Internship from May 2025 - August of 2026.

Work You’ll Do:
Create CAD models, layouts and drawings from conceptual inputs efficiently and on time;Create General assembly drawings and/or manufacturing drawings accurately;Enter BOM in business system by following Business Process Procedures; process orders as required;Follow work list to priority as assigned by the Engineering Planner;Complete manufacturing change request(s) to design standards;Complete and distribute Engineering Change Requests and other modifications to documentation;Ensure ISO guidelines are followed;Perform tolerance analysis on designs; identify appropriate basic tolerances and Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) to satisfy the design requirement and manufacturing;Document design data, operational characteristics, and user instructions;Execute the design of new products to support the product plan;Participate in process improvement within areas of responsibility; continually develop better ways of designing;Assist with the verification of application system quality and functionality;Notify Supervisor when assigned work will not meet time lines;Investigate, analyze, and resolve system problems;Make recommendations for productivity and/or method improvementsBasic Qualifications:
Currently enrolled in your 3rd year in an accredited 4-year engineering degree program, and have completed 1 or more years of relevant coursework in mechanical/mechatronics engineering, manufacturing engineering, product development/design engineering, or other related engineering disciplines.Intermediate computer skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office.Reliable transportation to and from workPreferred Qualifications:
