The Apple Services Engineering team is one of the most exciting examples of Apple’s long-held passion for combining art and technology. They develop the custom software used to process all the creative work, the tools that providers use to deliver that media, all the server-side systems, and the APIs for many Apple services.DescriptionDescriptionIn this role, you will work on a centralized quality engineering organization and collaborate with senior leadership and engineers on distributed teams to define, prioritize, and execute strategic roadmaps for our test automation frameworks and internal tools and services. You will be responsible for synthesizing business and technical challenges and competing priorities across client, services, and operating systems engineering teams in order to design a holistic solution championed by cross-functional stakeholders that drive business standardization, efficiency, and innovation for a growing and global team. The role will require interaction with cross-geo and cross-functional stakeholders, so strong communication and collaboration skills are a must. We value teammates with ability to operate and communicate at a strategic level as well as to dive into operational and tactical details of each deliverable. Daily tasks may include requirements gathering, facilitating design discussions, project planning, mocking up proof-of-concept, tracking and reporting on KPIs, performing data analysis, working with partners, building executive readouts, and more. A successful candidate will drive initiatives from ideation through launch, and build out the vision into sustainable long term programs and products. Strong EPM fundamentals are a requirement, and we are looking for someone with a passion, patience, and track record for solving complex and dynamic operational and technical problems. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $136,300 and $248,700, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
