Job Description:The Program Manager will lead and manage the delivery of complex storage, PCIe switching and Ethernet NIC solutions. Responsible for the overall program planning including budget, structure, schedule, and planning staffing requirements with a major emphasis on quality and time to market. Manage customer requirements while ensuring good practices in standard methodologies and processes to deliver Broadcom solutions.
Requirements/Qualifications
Must have held Program and/or Project Management leadership role for 8+ years
BSEE or BSCE required
Must have simultaneously managed multiple large and small projects
Track record of successfully working with customers and internal company cross-functional teams – customer managers, project managers, architecture, silicon design, board development, and software R&D teams to build and enhance Broadcom solutions
Experience managing project budget, profit and loss
Must be process oriented and can plan, design, implement process across cross functional teams.
Must be able to resolve and apply resolutions to address complex business/technical challenges utilizing people, process, and technology.
Have the ability to quickly understand existing systems/technology and their dependencies with one another utilizing all project resources
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical staff.
Strong Customer Service both internal and external
Team player who has the ability to work effectively with all levels of Management
Effective executive level presentation skills
Demonstrated experience in cross departmental management, teamwork, and execution.
Preferred Skills:
PMI certification desired but not required

Compensation and Benefits
The annual base salary range for this position is $107,000 - $190,000.
This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents, and equity in accordance with equity plan documents and equity award agreements.
