Engineering Project Coordinator IV
Summary: This Project Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the project manager and project teams. They ensure that resources are allocated efficiently and that all project tasks are completed promptly. By coordinating various activities and managing project logistics, the Project Coordinator helps maintain project momentum and ensures that milestones are met. Their role is pivotal in achieving project goals within budget and on schedule, ultimately contributing to a successful project outcome. Skills: - Verbal and written communication skills multi-tasking customer service skills and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and manage ones time. - Ability to keep information organized and confidential. - Previous experience with computer applications such as Microsoft Word Excel and PowerPoint. Job Responsibilities: - Establishes and assembles project teams and coordinates activities. - Develops detailed work plans project estimates status reports project tracking and analysis. - Performs economic and other analysis as required to achieve the best least cost. - Manages critical milestones throughout the project to ensure the best customer experience. - Support Procurement including PO issues tracking and shipping logistics - Support internal hardware devices allocation and distribution - Partner with Technical Program Managers and Engineering Leads for Budget management - Support build matrix development - Support hardware bill of materials BOM management and Engineering Changes Education/Experience: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent training required. *We reserve the right to pay above or below the posted wage based on factors unrelated to sex, race, or any other protected classification.
