We want engineers who can handle dynamic work environments and who know how to think outside of the box. You will be leading a Major Capacity Increase Projects from design phases to Construction execution work. Leading a multifunctional team with several interactions between our internal and external resources. We rely on our engineers in manufacturing to manage and execute projects, build new facilities, install new processes and packing equipment, implement new technologies to the highest of standards. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Leading current and future engineering projects: You will be responsible for overseeing and managing various engineering projects, including those related to making, packing, facilities, and utilities. Your goal will be to deliver outstanding and highly efficient systems at the manufacturing sites.Setting direction and managing cost, schedule, safety, quality, and resources: You will be in charge of establishing the goals and objectives for each project and ensuring that they are achieved within the allocated budget, timeline, and quality standards. You will also manage the necessary resources, including personnel and materials, to execute the projects successfully.Leading project reviews: You will conduct regular project reviews with key stakeholders and project leaders to assess progress, address challenges, and make necessary adjustments to ensure project success.Learning and mastering P&G project management tools and methodologies: You will be expected to become proficient in P&G's project management tools, capital systems, cost control practices, and construction methodologies. This knowledge will enable you to effectively plan, execute, and monitor projects.Ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP): As a key player in guaranteeing GMP in the manufacturing process, you will provide feedback on change controls, own action plans derived from investigations of quality events or deviations, and supervise compliance with cleanliness, behavior, and clothing standards in different areas.Benefits:

2 to 3 years in similar roles as Project Manager, Construction Manager.Live in Seropédica, Paracambi or cities nearby and available to work in Seropédica Plant.Graduated of any Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Mechatronics, Robotics, or any related field of engineering).Interest on Sustainability topics.Knowledge of process operations, packing unit operations, and mechanical knowledge to lead execution of defect elimination action items.Proficient in Microsoft Office package, and Power BI.Proficiency in English (written and spoken).Team orientation, “can-do “attitude and ability to deliver breakthrough results.Operate with technical excellence while collaborating optimal with others.Strong leadership, innovation, and interpersonal collaboration skills.Strengths with strategic and analytical thinking.Job Schedule
