The Infrastructure Services team is seeking a positive, dedicated and adaptable professional to join our diverse team. Apple is looking for a collaborative, highly organized professional to drive an Infrastructure Risk Management Program supporting our Services, Retail, Data Centers. The ideal candidate will build Infrastructure risk assessment strategies and deploy a technology solution which includes managing and analyzing the Infrastructure risk data. The candidate must be experienced in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risk and have deep knowledge in communicating risk to employees and stakeholders. Additionally, the candidate should have training and experience conducting quantitative and qualitative risk assessments, leading programs. A demonstrated ability to effectively interact at all levels is crucial. **Description** As an Infrastructure Program Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability and resilience of Apple’s infrastructure, particularly within our data centers. Your primary responsibility will be to partner with cross-functional teams across the company. Collaborate to provide secure and stable infrastructure that supports Apple’s wide array of products and services. In this role, you will: Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with various partners to identify operational risks associated with data center infrastructure. This includes engineers, project managers, and other key personnel who are directly involved in maintaining and enhancing our infrastructure. Risk Identification and Strategy Development: Develop, monitor and track mitigation plans for critical risks. This includes regular reviews and adjustments as necessary to address any emerging risks or changes in the operational environment. Sustain momentum to maintain compliance across the organization outside audit cycles and diligently follow every detail through to its completion Communication: Effectively communicate status updates and critical risks to stakeholders and leadership. Adjust interpersonal approach to individuals and situations as needed to effectively work with others Issue Resolution: Identify and quickly resolve conflicts and dependencies. **Minimum Qualifications** + 2+ year experience in project or program management in infrastructure services or related technical domain + BS or equivalent experience in computer science, computer engineering, or similar technical field **Key Qualifications** **Preferred Qualifications** + Strong background in data center infrastructure + Experience leading multiple complex projects simultaneously + Excellent analytical skills + Excellent written & verbal communication skills, along with polished presentation skills + Self-motivated and proactive with proven creative & critical thinking capabilities + Expertise in coordination & participation in requirements gathering and design brainstorming sessions + Successful experience managing technical / engineering program management teams, hiring excellent people, and building impactful teams + Experience on negotiation skills and ability to influence partners without direct authority + Proven record in defining processes, developing metrics and completing them while driving program maturity and process optimization + Proficient and comfortable with various project management methodologies + Experience managing highly-complex, cross functional projects + Ability to create and implement plans in ambiguous settings **Education & Experience** **Additional Requirements** + Apple is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to inclusion and diversity.
