Summary: Seeking an Engineering Project Manager to lead projects in Manufacturing and Distribution, ensuring continuous improvement and achieving corporate objectives.

Requirements:

B.S. degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering.

5+ years of project management experience in a manufacturing environment.

Proficiency in engineering practices and procedures.

Proficiency with computer applications and related analytical systems.

Understanding of all plant processes and procedures.

Preferred Skills:

PMP certification.

Responsibilities:

Develop and lead project work across multiple disciplines and plants.

Conceive, develop, justify, and implement manufacturing processes for safety, quality, cost efficiency, and delivery.

Interact with plant engineering and shop floor personnel.

Define, plan, and execute continuous improvement projects with plant engineers and personnel.

Travel as required (10 to 20%).

Pay Details: $30.00 to $50.00 per hour
