Responsible for leading post-market development projects for Class 3 medical devices, ensuring compliance, cross-functional collaboration, and achievement of project deliverables.

Job Requirements: Strong project management skills, including proficiency with tools such as MS Project. Experience in Medical Device or highly regulated environments. Familiarity with Class 3 medical devices and quality systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex issues and develop solutions with subject matter experts. Understanding of therapy software and mobile platforms supporting implanted medical devices. Preferred Skills: Experience managing technical or product-related projects in a medical device setting. Knowledge of post-market development processes. Familiarity with KPI tracking and financial target management. Job Responsibilities: Lead one or more projects in the post-market development space for neuromodulation and pelvic health devices. Manage core teams to address day-to-day project issues and ensure timely delivery of milestones. Collaborate across cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables, compliance, KPIs, and financial targets are met. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, risk management, and resource allocation. Ensure quality and regulatory compliance throughout all phases of project execution.

Pay Details: $54.00 to $72.00 per hour
