As an Engineering Project Manager, you will oversee diverse projects that require technical expertise and advanced project management skills. Utilizing Visual Project Management tools, you will lead cross-functional teams to achieve project goals aligned with the company's objectives and annual operating plan. Your role involves tracking, communicating, and reporting on project issues and status updates, ensuring timely and efficient project execution.

WITHIN YOUR ROLE, YOU WILL:
Leadership: Partner with stakeholders to lead global, multi-functional project teams, ensuring alignment and collaboration.Project Management: Develop and maintain a coordinated project schedule, including product specifications, resources, and cost management.Execution: Drive project execution across the organization, making critical tradeoff decisions and managing risks effectively.Communication: Lead daily status meetings, manage stakeholder expectations, conduct project approvals, and hold monthly management reviews.Data Analytics: Perform data analysis to track and forecast savings, continuously improving project efficiency and outcomes.WE ARE LOOKING FOR A PROFESSIONAL WHO IS:

YOUR EDUCATION AND BACKGROUND EXPERIENCE WILL INCLUDE:
Bachelor’s Degree in an Engineering discipline. A Master’s degree and PMP Certification are advantageous.At least 5 years of experience in engineering project management, specifically in new product development.Minimum of 3 years of experience as a technical project manager or project lead for industrial products, with experience leading direct and indirect reports being a plus.Understanding of product compliance for electronic and mechanical systems.Ability to speak Mandarin is a plusOUR BENEFITS:

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
The compensation range for this role is $90,000 - $110,000 USD per year.We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
