Execute strategic sales initiatives in the aerospace sector, with a particular focus on avionics products and services. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's products and services, create and manage a prioritized product roadmap based on market research, customer feedback, and business priorities. Prepare and deliver technical proposals and commercial quotes tailored to customer requirements. Develop and maintain robust relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. Conduct market research to identify potential customers and opportunities for business growth. Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful product development and launch. Monitor product performance and gather data to inform future product decisions and improvements. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to expand market presence. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.
