Essential Skills + Experience in avionics sales + Mechanical aptitude + Engineering background + Aerospace industry knowledge Additional Skills & Qualifications + Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science), Associate’s degree, or Pilot Experience Certificate + Five plus years of experience in aerospace sales, preferably in avionics + Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills + Ability to work independently and travel domestically and internationally as needed + Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve success + Deep understanding of sales strategies Work Environment The role offers an attractive commission structure based on sales performance.
