You will provide leadership to the union hourly and support Cast assigned to the department's 3rd shift operations within Facilities and Operations Services (FOS) at the Disneyland Resort. You will lead the fabrication and sustainment of multiple Resort assets. You will be based out of the Cerritos St. Warehouse (located in Anaheim) but will travel to the Resort daily to lead field operations.

You will report to an Area Manager of Facilities and Operations Services (FOS)

Knowledge in surface prep for painting (sanding, scraping, cleaning, patching, and caulking) and a basic understanding of the use of craft tools (brushes, rollers, mixers, spray equipment, sanders, ladders, etc.)Knowledge of the Plastering Industry, flatwork concrete, masonry work, mold model making, and fiberglass lay-up.Basic knowledge of mill operation/general carpentry work and an understanding of tools, materials, and methods used in the craftRequired EducationHigh School degree or EquivalentPreferred EducationBS degree in a technical field of studyThe hiring range for this position in California is $107,500.00-$126,200.00 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
