The Walt Disney Company
**About the Role & Team**

As an Engineering Service Manager, your motto will be like all others who have worked with us: **If it's moving, it's ours!** You will lead a maintenance team performing corrective and preventative maintenance on one of our world-renowned attractions, transportation assets such as buses/watercraft, or manufacturing equipment in one of our facilities. There will be administration work like scheduling, payroll, and coordinating inspections but really the focus will be on the professionals you lead and the Guests who come to Disney to have the time of their lives. Because Engineering Services Managers are responsible for both mechanical and electrical trades, you will need knowledge of both fields to lead up to fifty craft workers.
