Description

The Manufacturing Engineer Specialist will provide Engineering support to all manufacturing processes and equipment. This support will include part & machine design, maintenance, tooling, and troubleshooting of equipment and processes. They will coordinate the delivery, installation, and ramp up of new equipment when required while supporting improvements, optimizing processes and applying lean manufacturing concepts.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

BS/Engineering and 1 years of work experience in an engineering role

Understand PFMEA, Statistical probability, and root cause analysis.

Demonstrated trouble shooting/problem solving experience in an engineering role.

Familiar with robotics, AutoCAD, SOLIDWORKS

Preferred:

Advanced knowledge of Automatic Transmission Function

Specific experience within an automatic transmission manufacturer

Prior experience achieving measurable and sustainable results in a lean manufacturing environment

Experience solving complex issues utilizing continuous process improvement tools and facilitating Kaizen events

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $80000.00/yr.
