Engineering Standards Manager
Job Description A large utility client in the Pacific Northwest is seeking a Substation Standards Engineering Manager to manage a team of 5 Engineers and one student in Salt Lake City, UT. This manager position will be the direct report of the Director of Substation Standards and will be responsible for dealing with all substation policies and procedures. The perfect candidate would have been a substation engineer for at least 7 years, and has a really strong understanding of the materials, equipment, and procedures involved. They would be a key communicator for any material failure and investigation. Additionally, they would also have been in a management position for at least 3 years and are looking for a growth opportunity to increase their leadership capabilities.
