Job Description

Imagine contributing to the future of braking technology. As a Brake Systems Intern at Bosch, you won't just be making copies – you'll be hands-on, working alongside experienced engineers on cutting-edge projects. You'll set up and run tests on our advanced brake system bench, analyze data to improve performance, and even create software tools to streamline our processes. Dive into data mining, generate insightful reports, and contribute to the design of new braking systems. This internship is your chance to gain real-world experience and make a tangible impact.

What you'll do:

Set up and run tests on a state-of-the-art brake system bench.Partner with an engineering mentor to analyze, summarize, and present critical data.Explore vehicle brake system data in the Bosch cloud, executing data queries and performing in-depth analysis.Keep our test bench running smoothly by assisting with hardware and software updates.Analyze brake caliper volume displacement measurements and set up brake pedal stiffness tests.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Computer Engineering or Computer ScienceMinimum cumulative GPA of a 3.0Must be 18 years of age or older 

Preferred Qualifications: 

1 year of experience with Python, C/C++ and Matlab/SimuLink preferred
