Job Description Summary

General maintenance of ACCRS indoor and outdoor premises. Works with all departments on an as needed basis. Coordinates engineering activity in the absence of the Director of Facilities and Facilities Manager.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned)

In the absence of the Engineering Director, or Engineering Manager, receives and reviews all engineering request forms, to review the problem and find resolution, and to then delegate the assignments to the hourly TM’s. Must understand and administer work related projects/requests from the CMMS (preventative maintenance) program. Responsible for all timely and accurate documentation of all repairs and PM reports. To have working knowledge of HVAC, Chillers, Boilers, Pumps, Cooling Towers, and related piping. Must have working knowledge of meters, Gauges, and other test equipment, and assure accurate operation, in order to detect and identify problems and the appropriate path for repairs. Works with outside vendors, to schedule repairs and monitor them for professional and qualified work. Perform departmental/specific projects which include, but not limited to, any assigned duties from the Engineering Director, or Engineering Manager.  Changing of light bulbs and air filters. Minor wall / paint repairs. Carpentry repairs. Plumbing repairs. Electrical repairs. Tile/ masonry work. Kitchen equipment repairs. Provide excellent guest service to both guests and internal clients. Must adhere to all Tribal Ordinance, Regulations, and the ACCRS and SRC System of Internal Controls, and Standard Operating Procedures.
