Hire Resolve’s Client is currently looking for a skilled and experienced Engineering Supervisor (Fitter) to join their mining company based in Gauteng.

Responsibilities:

Follow safety standards in all operations. Support a Zero Harm culture through safe practices. Define roles, assign tasks, and recognize contributions. Work with maintenance teams on equipment strategies. Ensure equipment maintenance meets guidelines. Detect and address early equipment failures. Inspect equipment and plan corrective actions. Improve efficiency and reliability continuously. Complete and submit PTOs on time. Manage the section’s budget efficiently.

Requirements:

Grade 12 Fitter Trade Test Certificate Foreman Certificate or equivalent 5 years’ experience within the mining industry in a Metallurgical Plant. 3 years’ Supervisory experience
