BAE Systems, a provider of some of the world's most advanced, technology-led defense, aerospace, and security systems is seeking a highly motivated and highly experienced Engineering Support Organization Leader to deliver exceptional leadership over the Engineering Project Coordinator, Technician, and Administrative Assistant teams within the Precision Strike business area. This leader is responsible to work across Precision Strike Engineering with the discipline leaders to ensure proactive engineering support plans are in place. The right candidate will have the experience and background to be an immediate impact player. The candidate must be well organized with an ability to build strong internal customer affinity. The candidate should be an innovative self-starter capable of creating and communicating a strategic vision for the engineering support organization.
