ENGINEERING\nSUPPORT SPECIALIST

Leads successful on-site installation, servicing\nand repair processes of HVAC equipment and/or Low Voltage systems without\ndirect supervision. You will follow detailed work instructions and amend any\noutdated or incorrect instructions with help of Engineering teams. You will\nmake improvements to training guides and documentation. You will lead\ncontinuous improvement initiatives in the field to quickly lix any\nadministrative difficulties relating to delivery and installation of proper\nequipment. If necessary, you will train the customer on proper usage,\ntroubleshooting, and basic repair procedures for HVAC equipment.

HVAC Control systems work experienceLow Voltage systems work experienceService and maintenance of Honeywell and third-party equipmentControl of field equipment installation & cablingCarry out design works, programming of HVAC controllersInstall server, prepare graphics and necessary programming works as per specificationsReport possible future failures, disturbances and other opportunities for improvementDevelopment and maintenance of site-specific documentation and quality assurance information as instructed by team leaderCarry out hazard and risk assessments for all tasks as per company policy and procedures.Report near misses, incidents and other opportunities for improvement.

DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE:

Minimum Associates degree or technical trade school diplomaStrong fault-finding skillsAbility to interact and build relationships with customersAbility to apply knowledge and understanding of Honeywell products to develop solutions that meet customer’s requirementsGood communication both written and verbalThe ability to work under pressureStrong commitment to safety and safe working environmentA team playerValid driver’s license
