As an Engineering Systems Analyst for JLG, you will be responsible for aiding in the development, enhancement, and maintenance of our Windchill PLM infrastructure including Bill of Material (BOM) transformation, PLM based product configuration, CAD systems, PLM to ERP integration, and change management. Additional responsibilities include providing administration support of various software tools that are either custom developed or packaged applications used across the Global Product Development team.
YOUR IMPACT
Provide system management, support and enhancement of existing PDM/PLM, CAD, and engineering business applications.Consult with members of Engineering, Purchasing, Operations, and Service to understand business requirements and develop applicable solutions.Create system documentation, procedures, work instructions and end user training materials.Conduct periodic training to new and existing personnel.Provide technical support for the PLM and CAD user base.Interface with PLM & CAD software supplier Technical Support.Perform or assist with PLM & CAD application upgrades, testing, and evaluations.Drive the use of PLM/CAD Best Practices and Standards across the Engineering team.Provide feedback to management and other internal departments on product usage problem areas.Adhere to time schedules.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
BS degree in Business, Engineering, or Computer Science.5 or more years related experience.Knowledge in the following areas: Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Product Data Management (PDM), Computer Aided Design (CAD), and Bill of Material (BOM) Management.STANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS
Experience with PTC Windchill PLM system implementation & administration.Working knowledge of Creo Parametric 3D CAD system operation & administration.Experience working with stakeholders to optimize business processes & PLM systems operation.Knowledge and understanding of Engineering Change Control (Change Request/Notice).Experience with PLM & CAD license management, installation, and administration.Strong verbal, presentation and written communication skills.Experience with analyzing and documenting business and system processes.Ability to take charge and lead tasks to completion.Ability to work in a cross-functional organization.Excellent decision making and problem-solving skills.Strong mechanical/electrical knowledge of vehicles and related systems.#LI-AG1
Pay Range:
$82,000.00 - $132,800.00The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's experience, education and skills, as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions.
