As a critical part of our team, you will lead the migration to a new CIAM tool, oversee the implementation of modern identity solutions, and guide a team of talented developers toward success. This is an exceptional opportunity to combine your technical expertise in modern identity solutions with leadership skills to shape our organization’s future. **Primary Responsibilities:** + Lead the migration to a new tool for customer identity and access management (CIAM). + Oversee and contribute to the implementation of modern customer identity solutions, including onboarding, enrollment, and credential management. + Collaborate with developers and architects on solutions leveraging OIDC (OpenID Connect) and OAuth frameworks. + Guide a team of 5 developers (mix of contractors and full-time employees) to deliver on identity management initiatives. + Design, implement, and manage solutions in an AWS Cloud environment. + Build and scale the technology team by hiring additional developers through the RAC process. + Ensure alignment with best practices in modern identity management and enhance customer experience. **Education and Experience Required:** + A combined minimum of 9 years’ higher education and/or work experience, including a minimum of 4 years’ engineering and/or architecture experience and 3 years leadership experience + Proficiency in JavaScript and understanding of its role in identity management implementations. + Ability to manage and mentor a team of developers in a dynamic environment. + Familiarity with enrollment, login credential management, and onboarding solutions.
