Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled RF Front End Module Support Technician to assist our engineering team in the development of RF Front End Modules. You will be working closely with talented minds transforming technology with new ideas. The ideal candidate should have extensive hands-on experience with assembly, soldering fine pitch components, wire bond rework, manual flip chip assembly, precision rework on sensitive devices and RF testing. This role involves working under a microscope for detailed inspection and rework activities on multi-layer PCBs.
Responsibilities
• Provide technical assistance to engineers to develop best in class technology for future wireless applications.
• Support the engineering team in debugging and testing of RF Front End Modules.
• Perform soldering tasks using soldering iron and hot plate for component changes and rework applications.
• Conduct inspection and rework on PCBs, flip chips, die swaps, manual wire bonds, and 0201 / 01005 component changes under a microscope.
• Create and maintain proper documentation of test results and data collection. Follow ESD protocols for product safety.
• Understanding schematics and diagrams to support basic troubleshooting and debugging at module level
• Proficiency to operate RF test equipment, including multi-meters, spectrum analyzers, VNAs, oscilloscopes, signal generators, power meters, and power supplies is a plus.

Qualifications
• The candidate should have relevant experience working with RF module assembly, rework and measurements or an associate degree with a minimum of 2 years’ experience.
• A team-oriented attitude, strong sense of accountability, ownership, and excellent organizational skills are crucial for this role.
• The candidate should be able to create and maintain proper documentation of test results and data collection.
• Excellent English writing and communication skills, as well as proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, are required.
• A good understanding of RF basics and familiarity with handling RF devices in an ESD environment are necessary. IC package assembly experience is a strong plus.
The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is currently USD $32.69 - $57.16 per hour. Starting base pay will depend on relevant experience and skills, training and education, business needs, market demands, the ultimate job duties and requirements, and work location.
