Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrical Assembler Lead to oversee the assembly of wire harnesses. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical assembly, excellent leadership skills, and a keen eye for detail. This role involves supervising a team of assemblers, ensuring quality standards are met, and optimizing production processes.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree in electrical engineering or a related field is preferred.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical assembly, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.

Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics and technical drawings.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.

Knowledge of industry standards and safety regulations.
