Job Title: Wire Harness Technician
Responsibilities
+ Troubleshoot and repair mechanical assemblies and sub-assemblies.
+ Support engineering efforts through the assembly and testing of prototypes.
+ Utilize oscilloscopes and other diagnostic tools to identify and solve issues.
+ Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work instructions to ensure accurate assembly.
+ Review customer equipment and provide detailed inspections.
+ Assist with RCCA (Root Cause and Correction Analysis) alongside team members.
+ Recognize trends in failures and components, reporting findings to the QA department.
+ Apply consistent methods and processes to ensure high-quality assembly.
+ Manage time effectively to support production and RMA schedules.
Essential Skills
+ Prior experience in sUAS assembly or small component assembly.
+ Strong troubleshooting skills.
+ Mechanical assembly and repair experience.
+ Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints.
+ Experience with part numbering and BOM structures.
+ Proficiency with oscilloscopes and other diagnostic tools.
+ Critical inspection skills for reviewing incoming products.
+ Time management skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Associate Degree in a technical field.
+ Experience in a mechanically inclined role.
+ Meticulous attention to detail in applying methods and processes.
+ Ability to assemble small components and use hand tools.
+ Familiarity with RCCA processes.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00
