Role Responsibilities:

Work independently under limited supervision (self management)Oversee installation and verification of equipment upgradesAssist maintenance/production with breakdownsTesting, Operations and Non-Standard Order (NSO) supportData collection to support root cause analysisCommunication to Engineering Team, Team Leaders and OperatorsWork directly with outside contractors on assigned projectsDocumentation of all finding/work performed for clean handoff shift-to-shiftPerform Housekeeping to Clean and InspectionUses all designated Personal Protective Equipment as required.

Qualifications:

A combination of education and experience, generally acquired through the attainment of a high school diploma, or equivalent plus a minimum of two years of trade school or qualified work experience.Repair and troubleshoot from schematics and component part’s manualsPerform a variety of tasks throughout the day in a fast paced work environment.Interact constructively and effectively with all plant employees.Work in a team environment toward a common goal.React to changes productively and to handle other tasks as assigned.Maintain a pattern of regular and predictable attendance.3 years of Manufacturing Operator ExperienceExperience with Basic Electrical / Mechanical / Pneumatic / Hydraulic SystemsExperience with Labelers / Printers / PLC’s / VFD’s / Servo’s in troubleshooting

Helpful Experience:

Lean / Six Sigma TrainingOperations and/or Quality Control Experience
