Job Title: Engineering Technician Job Description We are seeking an experienced Engineering Technician with prior sUAS assembly and small component assembly experience. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of subsystems in an sUAS and the ability to troubleshoot. A working knowledge of part numbering, BOM structures, and their integration into a product is essential. Experience with schematics, blueprints, and work instructions is also required. Responsibilities + Perform sUAS assembly and small component assembly. + Troubleshoot and repair subsystems in an sUAS. + Utilize part numbering and BOM structures to integrate components into products. + Work with schematics, blueprints, and work instructions to assemble and troubleshoot equipment. + Review customer equipment and perform critical inspections to determine field failures. + Assist with Root Cause and Correction Analysis (RCCA) and report trends in failures and components to the QA department. + Apply consistent methods and processes meticulously. + Use hand tools for the assembly of small components. The site currently hosts 20 contractors. The role involves research and development in collaboration with the Army and Air Force for UAS capabilities and new UAS products. The environment is dynamic and actively growing, especially in the Huntsville area. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
