Job Description
As a Maintenance Team Advisor, you will develop, justify, and implement cost savings, renovation, and safety projects for the manufacturing facility. You will lead the operation of the plant energy systems group, production mechanic group, electrical/electronics group, and facilities maintenance group. You will also administer the preventive maintenance program, oversee emergency repairs of production equipment, and manage production equipment changeovers.

You will work with a team of 6-8 members on 12-hour shifts using the 2,2,3 model from 5am to 5pm. Together with the leadership team, you will ensure compliance with Food Safety and Food Quality Plans, in addition to customer requirements. You will interpret and communicate customer requirements to plant production and support groups. You will establish and audit PCPs, CCPs, and Standard Operating Procedures to define and monitor processes, ensuring customer requirements are met. You will review incidents where procedures are not met and determine appropriate corrective actions. Employees start at an MTA Level I with the opportunity to progress up to a level III.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $55000.00 - $70000.00
