Job Description A client of Insight Global is looking for an Engineering Tech to join their team in Melbourne, FL. This position is part troubleshooting and computer repair, part asset management, and part shipping out equipment to the field. The right candidate will be detailed orientated and thorough when adhering to processes. Responsibilities include: Maintain an active record of troubleshooting and repairs using a ticket system Diagnose, refurbish, and test hardware received from the field and lab Gather, analyze, and report failure data trends and inventory levels Track and follow-up on outstanding equipment returns Process new hardware by tagging and capturing asset information into a database Perform audits of hardware and reconcile asset databases We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
