Summary You will serve as a Engineering Technician in the ATLANTIC RANGES & TARGETS DEPT of NAVAIRWARCENAC DIV. Responsibilities You will serve as either a highly knowledgeable specialist in a technical area, and/or as a project/program lead responsible for managing cost, schedule and performance for technical projects. You will direct the work of other employees (of equivalent or lower grades) who may be involved in performing segments of the overall work under your cognizance. You will be assigned to major technical projects/programs as a recognized Specialist in one or more areas of work. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the DT-04 (GS-12) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Ability to manage cost, schedule, and performance of Test and Evaluation support projects; 2) Lead project team or managing a project; 3) Learn and develop technical concepts, principles, and practices related to test planning, conduct, and delivering data products; 4) Communicate orally and in writing to report to different levels of management and to document lessons learned and to maintain a documented history of the mission progress and execution.
