Looking for an Engineering Technician to assemble and test complex mechanical/electrical systems in a cleanroom environment., supporting process improvements, engineering testing, lean initiatives, and quality improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

Assemble and test products according to specifications.Identify and report production issues.Support problem-solving and process improvements.Manufacture and deliver complex systems.Resolve technical problems and guide team members.Contribute to pilot and volume production.Develop and improve processes and documentation.Evaluate new procedures before implementation.Suggest product improvements.Gain knowledge of products and systems.Share expertise and promote teamwork.Coordinate production activities and monitor progress.Manage tools, materials, and equipment usage.

Shift Options:

2nd Shift: 3:00pm to 11:30pm, Mon-Fri with a 10% shift differential.3rd Shift: 10:00pm to 6:30am, Sun-Thurs with a 15% shift differential.CWW Days D1: Week 1: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday (6AM to 6PM), Week 2: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday (every other Wed).CWW Nights N1: Week 1: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday (6PM to 6AM), Week 2: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday (every other Wed).CWW Nights N2: Week 1: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday (6PM to 6AM), Week 2: Thursday, Friday, Saturday (every other Wed).

Work Environment:

Cleanroom environment.Training for all shifts will be 2 weeks on 1st shift, Mon-Fri, 8am-4:30pm onsite.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $25.00/hr.
