Your adventure will include: basic electricity and electronics, PLC controls, industrial mechanics, pneumatics, CNC machines, welding, hydraulics, basic machining, and robotics.Job ResponsibilitiesDive into general business periodicals with analytical prowess and derive actionable insights.Lead or participate in business plan objectives with a strategic mindset.Navigate mathematical concepts such as probability, fundamentals, solid geometry, and trigonometry like a math prodigy.Solve practical and complex problems with the precision of a total quality management guru.Direct and assist technicians in the maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment, acting as a technical lighthouse.Interpret blueprints and analyze work problems with engineering finesse.Take on the responsibilities of hiring, training, and addressing work-related issues with new associates, nurturing technical growth among maintenance technicians.2nd shift – 2:30p-11:00p M-F (1) OT --> Every 3rd Saturday required (on shift) , could be more depending on production output Training – 1st shift, 6:30a-3:00pm M-F for ideally 4-6 weeks, but depends on how quickly they catch on

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $32.00/hr.
