Job Title: Technician (Off-Shift)Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Technician to provide technical support for special axle assembly equipment, including balancers, ABS/function testers, and NVH (Noise, Vibration, and Harshness) Equipment. This role requires strong troubleshooting abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with limited supervision.
Responsibilities
+ Provide technical support for special axle assembly equipment such as balancers, ABS/function testers, and NVH Equipment.
+ Troubleshoot equipment faults/issues quickly to reduce downtime.
+ Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams to facilitate repairs.
+ Conduct NVH testing as needed and collect data for review.
+ Perform NVH correlation studies and daily masters.
+ Perform all other duties as assigned.

+ Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously in stressful situations.
+ Self-starter with the ability to work with limited supervision.
+ Excellent interpersonal skills.
+ Ability to work off-shift and weekends as needed.
+ BSME or expected to graduate within a year.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Hands-on mechanical aptitude.
+ Strong automotive interest.
+ Co-op/internship experience in automotive.
Work Environment
Typical shift is from 3pm to 1am, with 50-60 hours per week and some weekends, depending on business needs. The work takes place in an automotive assembly environment, requiring hands-on involvement and the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $65000.00/hr.
