Our client, a global leader in the field of automation equipment, is seeking an Engineering Technician to join their team. As an Engineering Tech, you will be part of the Test Engineering Team supporting Manufacturing. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in testing, troubleshooting, and reworking electronic components making up the inner workings of drives. This is a CONTRACT work status position and only candidates residing in the great Milwaukee metropolitan area will be considered.

Pay: $35-40/hr plus OT, benefits

Key Responsibilities

Design, test, check-out, modification of prototype electromechanical systems Will work from schematics, wiring diagrams, written and verbal descriptions Performs operational test and fault isolation on systems and equipment Assists in the design, construction, test and check-out of test equipment Uses manufacturing, test, development or diagnostic equipment, including, but not limited to, test programs oscilloscopes, signal generators and specialized test apparatus.
Requirements Associates degree in related field strongly preferred 3-5+ years’ experience. Familiarity working with high voltage equipment strongly preferred Proven history of self-motivation work habits and working both independently & part of a team Understands working on assignments that requiring considerable judgementsWhy should you choose Manpower Engineering?
