In this role, you will play a key part in assembling electronic subassemblies and systems that are crucial to our operations. Key Responsibilities:

Assemble electronic subassemblies and complete assemblies using a variety of hand and electrical tools.Follow detailed assembly instructions to ensure high-quality and accurate results.Safely operate hand and power tools to create components that meet our strict quality standards.Maintain an organized and clean work environment to ensure efficiency and safety.

Qualifications:

Education & Experience:

High school diploma or GED (preferred).1-3 months of relevant experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong ability to read and follow assembly instructions in English.Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).Capable of following one or two-step instructions with minimal supervision.

Computer & Technology Skills:

Experience with time and attendance systems, including scanning devices.Comfortable using work travelers and other digital tools as required.

Physical Requirements:

Frequent use of hands for assembly tasks, including fine motor skills.Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds regularly.Specific vision requirements, including close vision, distance vision, color vision, and depth perception.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
