AVIAN is looking for an experienced and motivated Engineering Technician to fill potential roles supporting the management and execution of a Test and Evaluation Contract with Air National Guard Air Force Reserve Command Test Center in Tucson, Arizona.
The Engineering Technician will provide technical support for aircraft testing and evaluation programs, assisting in the development of test plans and integration of modifications for various military aircraft.

ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities:
Assist in creating Test and Evaluation Master Plans and related documentation per AATC guidelines.Support integration of avionics and mechanical modifications, identifying issues and proposing solutions.Participate in systems engineering tasks, drafting System Engineering Plans and supporting risk management efforts.Collaborate with teams to schedule test activities and prepare necessary test documentation.Conduct post-test evaluations, aiding in problem resolution and reporting findings. QualificationsKnowledge, Skills, and Experience
Required Experience:
3-5 years of experience in aerospace engineering or technical support roles.Familiarity with military test processes and documentation.Due to the sensitivity of customer-related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.Desired Experience:
Knowledge of aircraft modification programs and systems engineering principles.Education:
Associate’s degree in Engineering Technology or related field; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
The salary range for this position is $75,000-$102,000
