You will develop, review, and inspect projects for the high voltage electrical distribution system. You will utilize computer aided design (CAD) systems and database management systems to maintain system one-line diagrams, schematic diagrams, wiring diagrams, and interconnection diagrams. You will create and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) for operation and maintenance of electrical utility assets. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-10 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Creating and updating preventive maintenance plans and procedures for electrical utility assets; 2) Creating and updating standard operating procedures (SOPs) for operation and maintenance of electrical utility assets; 3) Developing electrical switching order packages for the electrical utility system; 4) Coordinating electrical utility system outages while tracking and analyzing electrical utility system outage trends; 5) Updating asset condition and specification data in the maintenance management system.
