Responsibilities + Assist engineers with design tasks, ensuring ease of use for technicians and installers. + Eventually contribute to HVAC Controls Systems Design and troubleshooting in an R&D environment. Essential Skills + Experience in HVAC residential or commercial system installation and service. + Proven troubleshooting and repair skills. + Ability to read and understand design drawings. + Proficiency in MS Office applications. + Experience working with different electrical power systems. + Excellent written and verbal communication skills. + Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. + Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. + Flexibility to adapt to changing work conditions and tasks.
