Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Manufacturing Engineering Technician to manage the disposition of customer returns, non-conforming parts, and mislabeled components in a warehouse environment. This role involves working closely with internal teams and external customers to track, inspect, and ensure compliance with part specifications while using SAP for transaction tracking.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage customer repair orders, including intake, documentation, and tracking of Line Replacement Units (LRUs) through the repair process.
* Perform SAP transactions for part movements and ensure accurate tracking of customer LRUs.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate and finalize the disposition of non-conforming parts, shipments, and other related issues.
* Inspect and validate that all required documentation and certifications are provided and in accordance with supplier and internal processes.
* Perform visual inspections for part workmanship and ensure compliance with engineering drawings and specifications.
* Report non-conformances and work to resolve issues in collaboration with internal teams and suppliers.

Qualifications:
* Associate degree in Engineering or related discipline
* Proficiency in SAP for part and inventory management.
* Understanding or exposure to manufacturing, warehouse, and engineering processes
* Computer savvy with proficiency in MS Office tools
* Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to professionally communicate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams.
* Due to the nature of the work: US Citizenship is required

Preferred Skills
* Experience working with quality assurance to resolve non-conformance issues.
* Understanding of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing).
* Experience validating supplier certifications and test data to ensure product compliance.
* Visual inspection experience.
* Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
