Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Engineering Test Technician to join our team and play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our cutting-edge storage systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, a passion for technology, and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive testing of storage systems and components to validate performance, reliability, and functionality.Execute detailed test plans, including test cases, procedures, and scenarios to ensure comprehensive coverage of system features and requirements.Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues and defects in storage systems. Collaborate with Manufacturing Test Engineering to provide feedback and solutions for complex problems.Maintain accurate and detailed records of test results, procedures, and issues. Prepare comprehensive test reports and documentation to communicate findings to engineering and management teams.Utilize test automation tools and develop test scripts to enhance testing efficiency.Collaborate closely with Manufacturing Test EngineeringStay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices.Qualifications:
AS degree in Computer Science and/or Information Systems.Proven experience in system testing, with a focus on storage systems and components.Strong understanding of storage technologies, including SSDs, HDDs, RAID configurations, and related components.Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.Effective verbal and written communication skills.Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to quality.Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.Ability to work flexible hours and multitask in a fast-paced environment.Ability to work well under pressure of meeting deadlines without compromising the quality of work.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.Ability to travel in USAPreferred Qualifications: 5+ years of work experience with Intel-based hardware and Linux-based operating systems in commercial manufacturing environment.
Pay range is $28.85/ hour - $34.60/ hour

If your application passes this stage, you will be invited to a 30-minute interview (“phone interview”) during which a member of our team will ask some basic questions. If you clear the initial phone interview, you will enter the main process, which consists of four technical interviews:
Coding assessment in a language of your choice.Systems design: Translate high-level requirements into a scalable, fault-tolerant service.Systems hands-on: Demonstrate practical skills in a live problem-solving session.Project deep-dive: Present your past exceptional work to a small audience.Meet and greet with the wider team.Our goal is to finish the main process within one week.We don’t rely on recruiters for assessments.Every application is reviewed by a member of our technical team.
